Capabilities

ONE PARTNER. EVERY CRITICAL STEP.

Thirteen capabilities, each described by what it produces for you rather than by how well we think we do it. Every one ends in a document, a sample or a shipment you can check.

Fabric lay being cut against a marker on the cutting table

Capabilities

  • 01

    Product Development

Share your reference garment, sketch or tech pack. Our development process translates product requirements into an executable manufacturing specification. Construction, measurements, materials, trims and decoration, written so the factory floor and your QA read the same document.

What it means for youFewer sample rounds, because the questions get asked before the first sample is cut.

  • 02

    Fabric Sourcing

We source against the requirement (composition, weight, hand feel, finish and colour) and present options with the commercial consequence of each attached, including the alternatives worth considering if the first choice prices badly.

What it means for youYou see the cost-engineering options before you commit, not after the quote disappoints.

  • 03

    Trim Sourcing

Zips, buttons, drawcords, elastics, hardware, labels and packaging sourced to an approved reference. Trims carry their own lead times, and they are almost never the longest item on the critical path until the day they are. A nominated zip on allocation will hold a finished order in the warehouse. We confirm trim availability against your delivery window at costing, not at cutting.

What it means for youThe order is not held by a button. Trim lead time is checked while the schedule can still absorb it.

  • 04

    Pattern Development

Patterns are developed from your measurement specification or graded from an approved fit sample, then digitised for marker making so consumption is calculated against the real lay, not an estimate.

What it means for youFabric consumption is costed from the actual marker, which is where FOB accuracy comes from.

  • 05

    Sampling

Proto, fit, size set, pre-production and shipment samples, each produced against a written comment sheet so every round closes specific points rather than restarting the conversation.

What it means for youApproval moves forward each round instead of circling.

  • 06

    Cutting

Fabric is relaxed, inspected and laid to the approved marker. Cut panels are bundled and ticketed by size and shade so shade continuity survives the sewing floor.

What it means for youShade variation is caught at the lay, not by your inspector in the carton.

  • 07

    Stitching

Assembly runs to the approved construction (seam type, stitch density, thread and needle specification) with inline checks at defined operations rather than only at the end of the line.

What it means for youConstruction defects are found while the batch can still be corrected.

  • 08

    Screen Printing

Placement prints matched to an approved strike-off, with colour, hand feel, placement and cure confirmed before bulk. Print type is selected against the fabric rather than applied uniformly.

What it means for youThe print on garment ten thousand matches the strike-off you signed.

  • 09

    Embroidery

Logos digitised and approved as a sew-out before bulk, with backing, density and thread confirmed for the specific fabric so the logo sits flat on knit as well as woven.

What it means for youYour brand mark reproduces consistently across every article in the program.

  • 10

    Finishing

Trimming, pressing, measurement verification and appearance check against the approved sample, with garments presented the way they will be received.

What it means for youThe garment out of the polybag looks like the one you approved.

  • 11

    Quality Assurance

Inspection runs across incoming material, pre-production, inline, measurement, finishing and packing. Standards are aligned to approved buyer requirements rather than to a number we chose ourselves.

What it means for youYour standard is the standard, and it is checked at every stage that can still be fixed.

  • 12

    Packing

Folded or hanging, polybagged, ratio-packed or solid-packed, cartoned and marked to your packing instruction, with carton dimensions and weights recorded for the shipping documents.

What it means for youCartons arrive matching the packing list, which is what keeps the DC from rejecting them.

    See export process
  • 13

    Export Coordination

Commercial invoice, packing list and export documentation built from the carton dimensions and weights recorded at packing, not typed from the order sheet. Booking is coordinated with your nominated forwarder, and documents are released against your instruction through to FOB handover at Port Qasim, Karachi.

What it means for youThe paperwork matches the pallet. Clearance delays are usually a documentation mismatch, and that is a records problem solved at packing.

Scope

Where our responsibility ends.

AHM supplies FOB. Development, materials, production, quality, packing, export documentation and delivery on board at Port Qasim are ours.

Freight, insurance, import clearance, duties and final market compliance from the port onward are yours. We work to your labelling and documentation requirements, but we do not provide legal or compliance advice for your market. The buyer approves final market-specific labelling and compliance.

PUT ONE STYLE THROUGH IT.

Send a tech pack, a reference garment or a written requirement. We will review it and come back on construction, materials and commercial FOB costing.
